I have a 273 brewmaster and it is trivial, but you don't need to have that much gear. You could do it at 240s if you were careful. Try to do Zereth Mortis to get around 246 ilvl and your 4 piece set bonus, it will help immensely.I can solo Mythic KJ on a 465 veng DH without any problems.
